Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept VISA & Mastercard (via Google Checkout & PayPal) as well as normal Google Checkout & PayPal payments, cheques, and postal orders. BACS transfer (bank transfer) is also acceptable, but please email us with your cart contents, and we will send you the details for payment.
Q. I don't feel comfortable giving out any details online. Is your site secure?
A. Yes. All sensitive information you enter or view on Paladin PC is encrypted using the RSA algorithm to prevent unauthorised eavesdropping.
Q. Are there any hidden costs attached to the listed prices?
A. Apart from shipping, the prices you see for each product are the final prices you will pay.There are no hidden costs.
Q. Do I have to be registered on Paladin PC to pay?
A. For Google Checkout transactions, you can breeze straight to the checkout as Google will have your shipping details on file. For all other credit/debit card, PayPal payments, you will need to provide shipping/billing details before proceeding to checkout.

A. All PCs come with a standard 12-month RTB (Return To Base) warranty. You will also receive free, lifetime email support. All goods can be returned within 7 days of purchase with no reason required. In addition to our warranty, all PC components come with their standard manufacturer's warranty.
