. We will endeavour to reply to all support emails within 24 hours (regardless of the day of the week).Please note - all of our PCs will be supplied with a unique reference number. This will be used to track the machine during its warranty period, etc. This number will be attached to the outer case and should be quoted in all support correspondence. All PCs come with a standard 12-month RTB (Return To Base) warranty. This entitles you to expect to be able to ship any broken PCs to us and we will fix it free of charge (parts and labour). We MUST have an RMA number attached to all machines and this will be given when the fault is reported to us. The customer will be liable for any shipping costs, but we will accept the cost of returning the repaired PC. Obviously, if a machine has been damaged it will not fall under our warranty, but we will always give a competitive price for repair prior to fixing in these cases. A full list of warranty clauses is available upon request.
We would ask that all customers are aware that we will only accept liability for our own equipment and will not accept support emails regarding anything else.
An RMA number will be submitted if necessary, and arrangements made for the repairs of any warrantied PCs.
